Business Experience

1991 - Present:
President, Commercial Property Consultants, Inc. Managed and trained brokers and consultants in commercial real estate brokerage, property tax consulting, management and development. Joint ventured 330 lot subdivision with Austin House & Finance Corporation (AHFC) for builders of affordable housing in Austin. Purchased and developed land in Georgetown and Austin SMSA for construction of roads and utilities in the development of residential and multi-family subdivisions. Provided brokerage, leasing, fee development and consulting services on all types of real estate products for acquistion and disposition. Purchased, renovated, leased, managed and sold commercial officebuilding. Syndicated partnerships and arranged financing to acguire and develop subdivisions, including site development, design construction of roads and utilities, zoning and permit applications.

1984 - 1991:
Vice President, Carpenter Development Supervised and trained brokers in income producing property sales of multi-family, industrial, office, retail and land sales. Assembled acreage for mixed use airport development. Aquired land and packaged retail project for development.

1981 - 1983:
Leasing Director, Cornerstone Development Corporation (Development Subsidiary of GSD&M Advertising). Provided leasing and project management for 500,000 square feet office portfolio. Headed research department, published market research for financing, development, leasing and disposition of office buildings and residential subdivisions.

1979 - 1980:
Project Manager, Amarillo Equity Investors Project Manager for mixed-use medical office retail mall. Managed and structured partnership syndications, negotiated leases, space planning, prepared financial analysis for apartment, retail, office, and industrial property syndiactions located in Arizona and Texas.
